Relaxation Through Video Games

It sounds simple enough that video games can be used as a way to relax, however, they can also be seen as a way to reduce stress and allow someone the time to keep a positive headspace. Video games have been used in therapy to aid those with mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety with great success rates. Games such as Minecraft allow the player to make a house while not worrying about the stresses of everyday life. Other relaxing games such as puzzle games and even farming games can allow for this same feeling that time and time again has been shown to aid those with mental illness. Mood can change due to the atmosphere of games as the music and visuals envelop the player in calming ways that can rarely be replicated in other ways. It's the combination of the different media that create a vibe like no other in the world. What types of games do you feel have these chill vibes that you play?
